Presented in collaboration with the Département de musique de l’Université de Moncton, the Academy gives young singers and pianists a unique opportunity to explore recital repertoire. Throughout the month July, Barachois Summer Music is pleased to take part in Atlantic Ballet of Canada’s presentation of Ballet by the Ocean. A unique experience awakening all the senses, these evening performances are presented twice a week in Grande-Digue. This summer, cellist Jaeyoung Chong and pianist Pierre-André Doucet will perform works by Philip Glass and J. S. Bach alongside company dancers, in an original choreography by Igor Dobrovolskiy.
